David will take the stage in the Oakwood Ballroom with an all-new performance featuring a mix of illusion, comedy, and interactive hypnosis that will leave audiences amazed and entertained.
David’s passion for magic began at just five years old after receiving a magic kit from his uncle. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, his first public performance was at age twelve, and by fifteen he was attending professional magic conventions with the help of mentor Rodney Whitlock, a local magic shop owner. His award-winning act, “A Tale of Serendipity,” has earned him multiple national recognitions, including third place at the 2008 International Battle of Magicians, first place at the 2009 Magi-Fest, and first place along with the prestigious Fantasma Award at the 2009 International Brotherhood of Magicians competition. Today, David continues to elevate his craft with the guidance of theater director Art Thomas, creating bigger and more dynamic stage productions.
The upcoming show will feature two captivating halves. The first half will highlight David’s most popular and mind-blowing magic routines, while the second half will showcase his signature comedy hypnosis performance — where audience volunteers become the stars of the show. Expect a fun-filled evening of astonishment and laughter as participants find themselves forgetting their names, losing their belly buttons, and much more.
