Members of the Wild Rose Player's Club must be at least 21 years of age.*

Wild Rose Player's Club membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

Only one member per Wild Rose Player's Club card account.

Valid photo identification is required for participation (state issued driver's license, state issued identification cards, passport, military identification card and resident alien cards are considered acceptable forms of identifiation) as a member of the Wild Rose Player's Club.

Valid photo identification is required to redeem benefits and privileges of Wild Rose Player's Club card for transactions.

It is the player's responsibility to properly insert their Wild Rose Player's Club card into the slot machine card reader or present their Wild Rose Player's Club card to the table games dealer before playing.

Employees of Wild Rose Casino and Resort are not eligible for Wild Rose Player's Club membership, benefits, or promotions.

Wild Rose Player's Club members may be issued for mulitple machine useage. Members distributing their Wild Rose Player's Card to other players or using the Wild Rose Player's card inconsistently with its intended use may have their membership revoked and all outstanding benefits and privileges surrendered.
