Food and Beverage Manager
 Ms. Patricia Jackson is the Food and Beverage Manager for Wild Rose Emmetsburg. Ms. Jackson joined the Wild Rose team in March, 2007. Ms. Jackson has extensive knowledge and experience in the food and beverage industry. Ms. Jackson began her casino career in Laughlin, Nevada working for Mandalay Bay and then proceeded to work for Ameristar and Horseshoe casinos in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Ms. Jackson came to Wild Rose Emmetsburg from Harrahs in Kansas City.
