Barback
The Barback is responsible for the stocking and cleaning of the bar. Assisting the Bartender and providing a high level of guest service.
Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for serving alcohol in compliance with alcohol laws and regulations. Specific duties include serving drinks according to established recipes, clean and wash bar glassware, collecting money for guest checks, processing credit cards, operating a cash register system, maintaining a clean and safe bar work area and providing a high level of guest services.
Busser
The Busser is responsible for the cleaning and set-up of tables in the restaurant. Specific duties include greeting customers, busing tables, table set-up, restaurant cleaning, assisting the servers, performing side work and providing a high level of memorable guest service.
Cage Cashier
Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at cage. Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately.
Cocktail Server
Cocktail Servers are responsible for serving drinks to guests
Cook
Responsible for quality restaurant food production in Emmet’s Grill and Dunigan’s.
Dealer
The Table Games Dealer conducts the assigned table game and is responsible for the table bankroll. Specific duties include conducting the game according to policy and procedure, makes payoff and handles customer table action, maintains the security and integrity of the games, controls the speed of the games, makes cash transactions and provides a high level of guest service.
Dunigan's Server
The Server is responsible for serving guests in the restaurant. Specific duties include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, presenting guest checks, handling money, resolving customer complaints and providing a high level of guest service.
F&B Supervisor
Responsible for the operations of Emmet’s Grill, Dunigan’s and Rosie’s. Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources for efficient, high quality, well prepared and profitable service of food and beverages.
