Craps

The game of craps is operated by a crew of three dealers and one supervisor known as the box person. Players bet on the total of the 2 dice being thrown by a player known as the shooter. All players take turns being the shooter, and can either bet that the shooter will or will not make a specific number. The basic bet on Craps is the pass line. If on the pass line the shooter throws a 7 or 11, known as a natural winner on the come out roll, all bets on the pass line win even money. If the shooter rolls a 2, 3, or 12, known as a crap, all bets on the pass line lose. If a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 is rolled, that number becomes the point. The bets that are on the pass line would then win again if that same number is rolled before a 7. If a 7 is rolled before the point, all pass line bets lose. Once a seven is rolled, the dice will then move on to the next shooter so everyone gets a chance to shoot the dice.
