Banquet Server (PT):
Take drink and food orders along with taking them to the guest's tables in a timely manner. Work along with staff and kitchen staff to ensure proper orders a prepared to orders specifications. Maintain high standard of customer service to be able to provide a great dining experience. Follow food and liquor regulations as set by Management and the State of Iowa.
Count Team Clerk (PT):
The Count Team Clerk is responsible for the counting of all paper currency from drops and collections. Specific duties include counting pit drops, BVA drops, food and beverage banks, retail outlet banks, counting and wrapping paper currency, maintaining counting equipment maintain records of counting process, ensure a high level of safety and security and insure compliance to all gaming regulations.
Guest Service Representative (FT):
Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at cage. Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately. Must be able to type, answer phones and assist with inquires. Duties include signing up new players club members, redeeming member points, promote property amenities, participate in special functions, resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
Buffet Line Attendant (FT):
Under the direction of the Hospitality Manager, the Buffet Line Attendant is responsible for cleaning and washing restaurant dishes. Specific duties include cleaning and washing dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking pots and pans, utensils, stock the cooking line with clean dishes, stock the server stations with clean glasses and silverware, clean and maintain the dishwashing system and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Table Games Dealer (FT):
The Table Game Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons. This position must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking skills.
Hotel Front Desk Coordinator (FT):
Check-In/Check-Out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures.

Slot Attendant (FT):
A Slot Attendant is responsible for assisting slot players with play and pay of slot machines. This position requires a lot of walking and social interaction with our guests. A Slot Attendant must have excellent guest services skills. A Slot Attendant must be trustworthy and be comfortable working with money. This position requires accuracy when exchanging large denomination currency for smaller denomination currency. A Slot Attendant must assist in making jackpot payoffs and minor machine repairs. A Slot Attendant must observe slot play for illegal machine tampering or abuse.
Iowa Store Attendant (FT) (PT):
Responsible for guest relations, merchandise sales, coat check and following departmental policies guests departure, signing up new players club members, promote property amenities, participate in special function, and provide a high level of guest service.
Valet Attendants (FT):
As a member of the Valet team you will great the guests, load/unload luggage and park vehicles.
