Take drink and food orders along with taking them to the guest's tables in a timely manner. Work along with staff and kitchen staff to ensure proper orders a prepared to orders specifications. Maintain high standard of customer service to be able to provide a great dining experience. Follow food and liquor regulations as set by Management and the State of Iowa.
Table Games Dealer (FT):
The Table Game Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons. This position must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking skills.
Hotel Front Desk (PT):
Check In/Check Out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures.
Iowa Store Attendant (PT):
Responsible for guest relations, merchandise sales, coat check and following departmental policies and procedures. Type, answer phones and assist with inquiries. Duties include greeting guests on arrival, thanking guests on departure, signing up new players club members, promote property amenities, participate in special functions, and provide a high level of guest service.
The Housekeeping position involves cleaning all areas of the facility including the Hotel, Casino, Restrooms and common areas.
Line Cook (FT):
The line cook prepares and cooks all food items utilized by the kitchen facility. The line cook must work with all kitchen and non-kitchen staff to present food in a timely manner.
