Information Technology Coordinator(FT): This individual ensures proper functioning of company's information processing system and helps business operations utilize software and hardware configurations that improve efficiency.
Casino Host (FT):
Provides extraordinary personalized guest services, and executes designated strategies to acquire and retain players as defined in the host program designed and directed by the Executive Casino Host.
Marketing Coordinator (FT):
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating media advertising for the property. Specific duties include coordinate ads for radio, television, and newspapers, submit special articles to publications, deliver press releases and media packages, distribute brochures, posters, flyers and provide marketing support.
Slot Attendant (FT/PT):
A Slot Attendant is responsible for assisting slot players with play and pay of slot machines. This position requires a lot of walking and social interaction with our guests. A Slot Attendany must have excellent guest service skills. A Slot Attendant must be trustworthy and be comfortable working with money. This position requires accuracy when exchanging large denomination currency for smaller denomination currency. A Slot Attendant must assist in making jackpot payoffs and minor machine repairs. A Slot Attendant must observe slot play for illegal machine tampering or abuse.
Food and Beverage Server (PT):
The Hospitality worker is responsible for serving guests food at the following Wild Rose Food Outlets: Sawmill Buffet, Coaches Corner. Specific duties include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, presenting guests checks, handling money, resolving customer complaints, clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes and resetting tables. Provide a high level of guest service to ensure memorable experience.
Responsible for quality restaurant food production in Sawmill Buffet and Coaches Corner. Needs to have basic knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, food safety and proper sanitation procedures, capable of handling multiple tasks at any given time, good communication skills are a must.
The Housekeeping position involves cleaning all areas of the facility including the Hotel, Casino, rest rooms and common areas.
Valet Attendant (PT/FT):
As a member of the Valet team you will greet guests, load/unload luggage and park vehicles.
Banquet Servers (PT):
This position is responsible for the service of all banquets and banquet-related food and beverage operations of the Oak Grand Ballroom.
Guest Service Representative (FT/PT):
Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at cage. Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately. Must be able to type, answer phones and assist inquiries. Duties include signing up new players club members, redeeming member points, promote property amenities, participate in special functions, resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
Public Safety Officer (PT):
The Public Safety Officer is responsible for protecting, monitoring and providing close escorts for company assests. This department provides secrurity for all daily activities at Wild Rose. He/She takes personal responsibility for the safety, health and well being of our guests and employees.
Buffet Line Attendant (FT):
Keeps hot items on the buffet food line filled, clean, and attractive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Table Games Dealer conducts the assigned table game and is responsible for the table bankroll. Specific duties include conducting the game according to policy and procedure, makes payoff and handles customer table action, maintains the security and integrity of the games, controls the speed of the games, makes cash transactions and provides a high level of guest services.
