Bartender-P/T
The Bartender is responsible for serving alcohol in compliance with alcohol laws and regulations. Specific duties include serving drinks according to established recipes, clean and wash bar glassware, collecting money for guest checks, processing credit cards, operating a cash register system, maintaining a clean and safe bar work area and providing a high level of guest services.
Table Games Dealer-F/T
The Table Games Dealer conducts the assigned table game and is responsible for the table bankroll. Specific duties include conducting the game according to policy and procedure, makes payoff and handles customer table action, maintains the security and integrity of the games, controls the speed of the games, makes cash transactions and provides a high level of guest service.
Players Club Host/Hostess-P/T
Responsible for Guest Relations, enrolling Player’s club card and following departmental policies and procedures. Must be able to type, answer phones and assist with inquiries. Duties include greeting guests on arrival, thanking guests on departure, signing up new players club members, redeeming member points, promote property amenities, participate in special functions, resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
Server - P/T
The Server is responsible for serving guests in the restaurant. Specific duties include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, presenting guest checks, handling money, resolving customer complaints and providing a high level of guest service.
Kitchen Utilities-P/T
Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Kitchen Utility person is responsible for cleaning and washing restaurant dishes. Specific duties include cleaning and washing dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking pots and pans, utensils, stock the cooking line with clean dishes, stock the server stations with clean glasses and silverware, clean and maintain the dishwashing system and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Valet-P/T
As a member of the Valet team you will greet the guests, load/unload luggage and park vehicles.
