Mr. Chad Theesfeld is the Food and Beverage Manager for Wild Rose Emmetsburg. Mr. Theesfeld joined the management team in March 2010. Mr. Theesfeld brings over 15 years of experience from within the food service industry, including all aspects of the bar and restaurant fields. Mr. Theesfeld has an AAS Degree from Iowa Lakes Community College in Emmetsburg Iowa in Hotel-Restaurant Management Program and received formal training with Marriot Hotels. In Chad’s spare time, he enjoys farming with his parents near Ayrshire, Iowa.
