Amy Rubel
General Manager
Amy Rubel is the General Manger of Wild Rose Emmetsburg. Before launching her career at Wild Rose, she worked for twenty plus years in Hospitality Management throughout California for key companies in the industry. In 2003, she and her family relocated from California to Iowa to enjoy the Midwestern lifestyle. After a sabbatical to pursue artistic interests, Mrs. Rubel returned to the Hospitality field in April 2006 when she joined Wild Rose to launch the Hotel and Banquet operations. In January, 2007 Mrs. Rubel was named General Manager of the facility. As the General Manager, she is focused on excellence in the guest service experience through staff commitment.
Mrs. Rubel is an engaging speaker who frequently presents topics on guest service and the gaming industry to area groups. She is a member of the Iowa Lakes Hotel & Restaurant Management Program Advisory Board and a member of the Steering Committee of the Palo Alto/Kossuth County Economic Development Corporation.
